Many church leaders, ministers, and faith-based organizations are waiting for someone else to do it.

Prepare for vocation with personalized support.

The TSI® Vocational Apprenticeship is a one-to-one training pathway for individuals preparing to apply Trauma‑Informed Spiritual Intervention® in an approved vocational, ministry, professional, or service setting.

Unlike a self-paced course alone, the apprenticeship pairs instruction with personalized coaching, guided observation, direct feedback, and practical preparation. It is built for learners who want support translating training into responsible, confident practice.

What’s included

  • Individual instruction tailored to your goals and role

  • One-to-one coaching and vocational development planning

  • Guided observation, feedback, and reflective learning

  • Practicum support and preparation for real-world application

  • Clear next steps for continued training, competency development, and approved vocational opportunities

Who it’s for

This program is for TSI® learners, spiritual-care practitioners, ministry leaders, therapists, counselors, educators, coaches, and helping professionals who want individualized support as they prepare to use the framework responsibly within their own role and scope.

The apprenticeship is an educational and professional-development offering. It does not provide psychotherapy, clinical supervision, licensure, employment, or guaranteed referral, credentialing, or directory-placement outcomes.

You don’t have to wait for the Church to catch up.
